But if you're brand new to the game, assists are a must. Sure thing! My setup is a bit complicated since I run with no assists. Turning gradually, braking gradually and gently, rolling on the throttle, not yanking the throttle. Rather than taking a smooth line through the corner like you would in a car, start roughly in the middle of the track, turn late and sharp into the corner and straighten the bike out upright earlier, allowing you to get on the throttle earlier and harder.ฤก00% the best improvement in my skill level was being super smooth with everything. This is a habit of mine from years of car racing games. Sometimes if I'm not turning tight enough through a corner, I might use the rear brake to turn the bike sharper. Don't use the rear brake going through a corner, if you don't have to. Only use the rear brake if you absolutely have to, like braking hard in a straight line after a long, fast straight. Maintain brakes or throttle through the corner, try not to increase or decrease either of them, this causes the bike to become unstable, sometimes it wheelies hard coming out of the corner. Try your best to only brake on straights or at least, going into the corner, not through it. This is a necropost but I hope it's still helpful.
